Privacy Policy
Vitasor is designed for health education and product decision support, so analytics and health data handling use a conservative privacy boundary.
Analytics and Cookies
Vitasor may use PostHog to understand page visits, content engagement, search quality, tool completion, product interest, and affiliate CTA usage. PostHog initializes only when a public project token is configured, and event capture is controlled by analytics consent.
Analytics events must not include email addresses, names, raw search text, health form answers, medication details, medical-condition descriptions, passwords, or free-text health messages. Search is measured through query-length and result-count buckets rather than the search phrase itself.
Session Replay may be supported by the SDK, but it is disabled by default for Phase 1. If enabled later, input fields, AI conversations, health forms, and account areas must be masked or blocked from capture before replay is used in production.
Users can grant or decline analytics consent through the on-site consent prompt. Data storage region depends on the configured PostHog project region. Vitasor currently targets the PostHog US Cloud ingest host unless a first-party proxy is configured later.
PostHog's privacy information is available at posthog.com/privacy.
Health Information
Vitasor content and tools are educational and are not a medical diagnosis, treatment plan, or substitute for professional medical advice. Tool answers and health-related free text should not be sent to analytics platforms.
Affiliate Measurement
Affiliate-related analytics may record product slugs, merchant names, network labels, and CTA placement. It must not include user purchase identity, commission amounts, or private health details.
