Categories and sources

Consumer health data may include a health topic or goal selected from Vitasor, a search phrase that reveals a health interest, and the limited result or context passed from a health tool.

This information comes directly from your entries and selections. Vitasor does not buy consumer health data, infer a clinical diagnosis, or obtain medical records, insurance records, prescriptions, precise location, or wearable-device data.

Why it is processed

Health-related information is processed only to return the search or tool result you request, apply safety rules, and protect the service against abuse. It is not used to determine insurance, employment, credit, or eligibility and is not used for targeted advertising.

Who processes it

Search text may be processed by the configured search/database service. Tool requests and limited context may be processed by hosting infrastructure needed to return the requested result.

Vitasor does not sell consumer health data. We do not disclose it to merchants or affiliate networks, and we prohibit including it in analytics events or affiliate referral parameters.

Consent, storage, and retention

Vitasor does not intentionally store raw search text or health tool answers in its own database. Temporary tool context is removed when the feature no longer needs it or when the browser tab session ends.

Your rights and contact

You may ask what consumer health data Vitasor controls, request deletion or correction, withdraw consent for future processing, or appeal a refusal by emailing privacy@vitasor.com. Because Vitasor does not maintain user accounts, temporary browser data usually must be cleared on the same device by you.

If information is held only by a separate provider under its own independent obligations, we will explain that limitation and direct you to the relevant provider process where appropriate. You may also complain to the regulator or attorney general available in your jurisdiction.
